Partners and Donors

DCI works with relevant stakeholders by ensuring participative and inclusive processes when performing its activities. DCI partners include numerous countries, companies, start-ups, academia, consultants etc. at the intersection of climate change and innovative digital solutions as Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), sensors, remote sensing and blockchain or ledgers.

DCI is building on partnerships of the former Climate Ledger Initiative (CLI) with various organizations to use synergies and share learnings, such as the UNFCCC secretariat, the World Bank, GIZ, ETH, Climate-KIC, Yale University, Climate Chain Coalition, and Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Further former and current partners include SustainCERT, INATBA and UBA.

To be part of DCI as a partner

The intersection of climate and digitalisation is an area of high innovation potential. We want to use this potential together with our partners. DCI benefits from the experience and skills of its partners - and at the same time DCI wants to pass on the experience it has gained.

For the implementation of use cases, we are looking for collaborations, e.g. in the context of development cooperation and with actors from the private sector.

Please contact us if you are interested in collaborating with us, or if you would like us to support your projects using digital innovation for climate action and the SDGs.
